| Ken Miller - PresidentKen Miller,President and CEO of McNairn Packaging, joined the Company in 1976. Having graduated from Queen's University in Kingston,Ont. B.Comm (Hons.), Ken worked briefly at Price Waterhouse in Toronto before leaving the accounting profession and becoming the 3rd generation family member involved in the business.
Ken's primary interests center on his family, wife Valerie, son Scott and daughter Julie, and the family dog Sam closely followed by the golf course and the family cottage. At McNairn Packaging, Ken's focus is on supporting all team members in achieving the goals outlined in our Vision Statement

| Dennis Czosnek - Senior Vice President of Operations and CFODennis Czosnek obtained a BSc from the University of Toronto in 1976. Since then he has completed accounting studies obtaining a CMA designation (1986) and an MBA (University of Toronto 1992). He has also earned his accreditation at Durham College in Industrial Engineering. Starting as a Cost & Materials Manager in 1979 then as a Controller in 1980, Dennis Czosnek alongside Ken Miller led the growth and direction of the Company. He was promoted to Sr. Vice President Operations and CFO in 1989. Dennis is responsible for the operational and financial aspects of McNairn Packaging as well as being heavily involved in the strategic vision of McNairn Packaging.
Dennis's primary interests center around his family, wife Donna and daughter Halia closely followed by his interests in golf, sailing and running.

| Bart Gogarty - Vice President and C.O.O.Joined the company in April 2003. Having graduated from the University of Toronto with a B Applied Science and Engineering, Bart has more than 20 years of progressive experience in the converting industry as a senior executive and general manager. Reporting to the CEO, Bart is responsible for managing all Sales and Operational aspects of McNairn Packaging in both the U.S. and Canada.
Bart has a proven track record in achieving sales and P&L objectives. Bart's primary focus is to lead McNairn in its never ending goal towards a customer driven world class organization.
Bart's primary interests center around his family, Wife Jayne, son Patrick and daughters Krystal and Kaitlyn.
